For the Aperitivo, we ordered two soup of the day, pumpkin cream soup. The soup had a velvety texture and a rich, earthy flavor. I love the sweetness of pumpkin. It was a delightful start to the meal😍~
For the main course, we ordered Grilled Spatchcock Chicken and Flat iron.
The grilled spatchcock chicken was tender and juicy, with a beautiful smoky flavor from the grill. I love adding some lemon drops on top. By adding a refreshing flavour, it was making each bite satisfying.
The flat iron steak cooked to medium perfection, that was the highlight of the meal. The steak was tender and succulent with a beautiful pink center. By having different combinations of the given sauces, different flavours we can experience!
For the sides, we ordered Garlic and Parsley Skinny Fries and Field green salad.
The field green salad was a refreshing addition to the meal which provided a healthy and flavorful balance to this meal.😆The garlic and parsley skinny fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and we all enjoyed it.😍😍
