Who would've thought that the famous local delicacy, Black Truffle Scrambled Eggs, could go so well with crepe? I certainly never even thought of this as a possibility, let alone for it to taste so good! Served hot on the plate, the cheese inside the crepe was melty and delicious. The eggs were smooth and creamy, and the truffle gave it a fragrant taste.

This was a refreshing start to our meal, as the combination of tomato, crab and avocado had our mouths watering for more. The bread was crunchy and paired well with the other ingredients.
