— Love how colourful these plates are! The visual element already adds a few points. The curry was really good but definitely spicier than I imagined, so those who can’t handle spice might have to steer away from this. The sauce is fragrant and full of flavour but not too heavy. The dark orange colour of the omelette is a result of using top quality Ran-oh eggs, which have a rich eggy flavour to them. The omelette was also really well executed with a smooth texture. The grilled tiger prawns were nicely cooked, and springy in texture but slightly on the sweet side. The mushrooms soaked up a lot of the flavours from the soy sauce and were really juicy too!

— The hanger steak was a lot more tender than I imagined it would be and it was actually pretty well seared and nicely seasoned. The 1-inch ox tongue was really delicious, with a good amount of chew to it yet still tender.
