TWO Toppings: Smoked salmon & scrambled eggs on Fig & Walnut Sourdough; we've chose the bright red beetroot hummus spread for both toasties.
The cherry tomatoes drizzled with balsamic glaze were fresh and nicely served on top of the smashed avocado.
As you can see from the photo, it's a generous serving of buttery creamy scrambled eggs, smoked salmon and avocado.
Lastly, we had a cup of flat white to pair with the open-faced toast.
It's nothing about letting our guards down amid the COVID-19, but brunching out once in a while esp. during the Easter Holiday, APT Coffee is definitely a not-to-be-missed hipster cafe.
