为鼓励食肆透过提供食物份量选择和采取减少厨余措施，与顾客共同从源头减少厨余，环境保护署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」计划，参与食肆如符合评核准则将获「咪嘥嘢食店」认可资格和获发「咪嘥嘢食店」的标志及标贴，以供张贴於店舖内和宣传，供顾客识别。此计划全年均接受申请，申请费用全免。

Dandan noodles way too sour🤦🏻‍♀️

Ordered delivery from Jade the other night but the dandan noodles I got were WAY TOO SOUR! Not to mention there wasn’t enough peanut butter or spices in the broth, the broth was somehow so sour that it tasted like it had gone bad Couldn’t finish the whole thing.hkfoodtour’s official verdict: The 3 stars are all for the xiao lung bao cuz they taste good even when cold. Don’t order the dandan noodles pls🤦🏻‍♀️
