为鼓励食肆透过提供食物份量选择和采取减少厨余措施，与顾客共同从源头减少厨余，环境保护署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」计划，参与食肆如符合评核准则将获「咪嘥嘢食店」认可资格和获发「咪嘥嘢食店」的标志及标贴，以供张贴於店舖内和宣传，供顾客识别。此计划全年均接受申请，申请费用全免。

The third and final stop of my food trip at Sai Ying Pun. The tables are quite limited so book in advance as it can be quite full at times. Their Set lunch menu included drinks but you can order their special drinks instead for a $20 discount.We had the a-la-carte Aged Parma Ham with Mozzarella Cheese and Melon. Not only was it beautiful to look at,  the parma ham was fragrant without being too salty and even eating it alone was a delicious treat.We tried both of their soups.The clam chowder my

We had the a-la-carte Aged Parma Ham with Mozzarella Cheese and Melon. Not only was it beautiful to look at,  the parma ham was fragrant without being too salty and even eating it alone was a delicious treat.

 I chose the vegetable soup as I had so much desserts previously. It tasted fresh and had a lovely sweetness to it.

 The salmon was outstanding. The skin was very crispy and even my friend was able to hear its crispiness when I cut through the salmon. The salmon was still pink inside and moist.  The white raddish was also delicious.

 Presentation wise, the slow cooked tenderloin was less impression but it was made up for being perfectly cooked and juicy.

 For desserts, despite the mixed berries panna cotta looked like a nice summer garden, the flavors of the tiramisu won our hearts.
Would love to come again.
