Beef brisket noodles are one of my go to comfort foods, but a good bowl is hard to find in HK. Yet what really stood out was the food - each dish we ordered was impeccable. It’s obvious the chef has put much effort into choosing the ingredients - you can taste the freshness. The broth was just the right balance of tastes - not too sweet, not too salty. Not surprisingly, when I asked the manager later, he told me they don’t use any MSG. And true to his word, I didn’t feel thirsty after.
