I bought an in-a-jar lemon tart to go home and was very pleasantly surprised. The cream did not melt, and the contents managed to hold their shape despite shaking around in my bag for over two hours. The lemon tart itself tasted amazing! There’s a nice balance of crunchy and smooth texture. The meringue is a nice mix of crunchy and gooey as well. Overall, the flavor and texture balance was really good! It isn’t particularly sweet either so it makes a really nice, light dessert. Would definitely
