云南风味馆 is a really famous local noodles restaurants for their choices of food and soup base.I picked this “3 Fresh Toppings Noodles” with Eel in minced meat soup base. The amount of minced meat was very generous, and it made the soup base more flavored with a bit of spiciness. I picked this “3 Fresh Toppings Noodles” with Eel in minced meat soup base. The amount of minced meat was very generous, and it made the soup base more flavored with a bit of spiciness. I adored this soup base a lot, which didn’t make me feel thirsty.
All the toppings were very fresh, I could taste their freshness even the soup base was quite heavy in taste. The chicken, ham and mushroom were definitely of great quality. And the eel? Simply awesome!
