Me and my friend finished work and saw this newly open restaurant so we went to eat in there. Since we didn't eat lunch yet, we were very hungry. Boiled king crab sea urchin rice in soup:We ordered their famous rice in soup to try out. It smell so good when it arrived. We ordered their famous rice in soup to try out. It smell so good when it arrived. It was presented in a pot with candle underneath it to keep it nice and warm. We waited until it bubbles up and started to eat. The sea urchin was fresh and smooth. I ate with the snapper soup. The snapper soup was delicious! It was not fishy but sweet and concentrated. The crab was meaty and soft. The rice was very yummy with the seasoning. We even ordered extra pieces of snappers, they were meaty and sweet.
Mentaiko salad:This salad was very interesting, I had never try anything like this before! Mentaiko is basically the small fish roes however they shape these fish roes into small cube. These small cubes of mentaiko were delicious, I really like the texture, they kept popping in my mouth.
Pan fry dumpling:The dumplings were meaty and juicy. They tasted very good with the mayonnaise.
Karaage chicken:These chicken pieces were very good. I could see these chicken on every table. The chicken was crispy and juicy. They were seasoned nicely and tasted very good with the mayonnaise. It is quite a nice dish to share.
Honey Apple garden:My friend got this cold drink, it was a bit sour as it is apple vinegar but tasted very good with the honey pearl. She didn't know the pearl was full of honey till she popped them in her mouth.
Starcraft love:I got a hot drink with lemon and butterfly pea flower. It was sweet and looked very pretty. I really like the purple colour, it made the drink looked very tasty.
