Me and my friend had been crazy about Japanese Wagyu these days. When my friend saw this newly opened restaurant, she booked a table for us straight away. After getting some recommendation from the staff, we decided to order two sets which were the Japanese Supreme Wagyu (A5) and Japanese Wagyu (A3).The set includes three appetizers which are Japanese wagyu tartar, radish and asparagus. The set includes three appetizers which are Japanese wagyu tartar, radish and asparagus. The tartar was delicious, after mixing with the quail egg; it became soft and tasty. The radish was sour but was good to refresh my palate. The asparagus was crunchy and tasted good with sesame.
The highlight of the day finally came; the staff cooked the A3 wagyu (lean part) for us first because he said the supreme one is too good and if we eat the supreme one first, we won’t enjoy the A3. HAHAHAHAHAHA. To be honest, the A3 wagyu was so good, it was soft and meaty. But then when we tried the A5 wagyu, we were over the moon. It was just unbelievable! The beef melted in our mouth after the first bite. We really enjoyed it!!!!!!
After enjoying all the meat, it was time for the veggie. Apparently, all the veggies were from Japan. They were fresh and tasty.
