Honestly, I've been to this Singapore Restaurant in TST a long time ago, and it was a fond memory.But last night when I revisited it for a quick dinner, it was simply as bad as it could possibly get.First of all, in the heat of this summer, the air-conditioning was minimal. I was sweating through the whole meal.Secondly, I wait for almost 3 minutes waving before a waiter saw me and came to take my order.Thirdly, the Hai Nan Chicken rice set was unsatisfactory in every aspects: chicken was partia
But last night when I revisited it for a quick dinner, it was simply as bad as it could possibly get.
First of all, in the heat of this summer, the air-conditioning was minimal. I was sweating through the whole meal.
Secondly, I wait for almost 3 minutes waving before a waiter saw me and came to take my order.
Thirdly, the Hai Nan Chicken rice set was unsatisfactory in every aspects: chicken was partially undercooked and not meaty, the sauce was not a bit good, the rice was too hard and not much soaked with chicken oil at all. The hot coffee was plain and tasteless (ok, maybe just milk taste).
Last but not least, there was no service at all. No refilling of my glass of water, no smiles from the waiters, no taking away of my tray after I've finished......
What happened to this restaurant?
