The egg tarts were fantastic! with the skin similar to a mille-feuille that’s been caramelized 😍 The creamy rich texture of the eggs were magical! and just cooked enough to have a custard-y centre while maintaining a pudding like structure!
Side note, it tastes just as good even after reheating! 🤓
Not only do they have egg tarts, but pastries like croissants, cruffins, cakes and more! We got a croissant and cruffin to go too! However, the egg tarts again are the main attraction!
