Appointment with my old friend family Peter at The Lung cuisine . My friend Peter bring wine Lynch Bages 2000 . This bottle was quite forward, which surprised me. With its nose of spearmint, cedar, tobacco, cigar box, and cassis, the full-bodied, concentrated, generous wine was balanced and easy to enjoy, even with its judicious tannic backbone. We start with steam tomato with garlic . This dish look simple but it taste so delicious . It is because this tomato from the farm of this restaurant owner. Next dish was fresh sea garoupa fish . The most important of the fish is the steam time , not too ripe and not too rare. Another dish was fresh noodle lobster with cheese. When they bring the dish I smell the fresh of the lobster and cheese . I feel like to taste it immediately .
The total cost us HKD 4,000 for 6 persons with all include , good price.
