One Michelin star french cuisine at the peninsula🌟 the interior looks wonderful but tbh I’m quite disappointed with this fine dining experience... they made too many mistakes throughout and I expected to have a better service🥴 since this was the first time for me to visit Gaddis, I got the 4 courses tasting menu ($1488) so that I can try out all the signature dishes! I had too high expectation on this dish🥲 i think the scallop and avocado cover the taste of caviar. This dish disappointed me the most coz of the present of shallot.... When the staff asked for any food allergy or food that don’t eat, I clearly mentioned that I don’t eat raw onion and shallot since I appeared to have some allergic reactions to shallot before🥲 however I ended up getting the dish full of shallot.... if that’s a premade appetiser, I think the staff should I least inform me that the dish contains shallot🌚
/Turbot des Côtes Bretonnes/
Love the firm flesh of the turbot. The tomato on the side are so colourful and sweet😍
When I thought everything gonna be okay after having the turbot🙂 incident 2 happened🙂 it’s actually quite presentable that the mains were being covered by the cloche and opened in front of you. But then... when the staff removed the cloche.... we were all shocked😂 the staff had mistakenly placed the mains to diff ppl lmao the staff also realised the mistake and switched back the mains😅 ik this was just a minor mistake but I don’t expect this should be happening in such restaurant... incident 3 happened right after... when the staff pour the sauce to my steak, I can saw his hand shivering and dripped a large drop on the table cloth... this scared me coz it was nearly dripped on me 🌚

The chicken looked a bit dry but it wasn’t the case at all😳 the chicken breast was so tender and well flavoured! Really surprised me🙈 chicken thigh with the crispy skin taste superb as well!
/Faux Filet de Bœuf Kagoshima +$288/
Personally like steak that are leaner but tender, so this one was not quite to my liking.... there’s a large proportion of fat but not melting in my mouth🥴
/Le Nid d’Abeille/
I like the dessert both it’s prevention and taste. The beehive was so delicate. It got layers of meringue, lemon curd, and winter honey ice cream. I could taste every ingredients and I love the texture that it brought up.
/Petite fours/
I love the presentation of the petite fours. I think it resembles a Ferris wheel 🎡(?) i like all the items. The blueberry muffin was fluffy and moist 🫐 macaroon with a sweetness that I can tolerate😂
It wasn’t a nice ending at all coz of incident 4🙂 my parents and I were enjoying our tea and petite fours, everything went okay until we finished our first cup of tea🙂 we were wondering whether there’s a refill. We could see our pots of tea placed on the bench but no one served us... we ended up asking a staff for help... we appreciated his help but he pour the wrong tea to our cups roarrrrr I ordered peninsula blend and I could definitely tell that my 2nd cup wasn’t... I originally didn’t say anything coz thought maybe it’s just my prob.... but then after my mama telling me that her tea tasted weird and I tried her tea... I could def tell that ours were switched🥴
I’m still so mind blown right now... def expecting better service and food with this price....
