We went to The Peak since we haven't been there for ages. After walking around The Peak, we just felt pretty hungry. So, we decided to try Cafe Deco Bar & Grill as it looked pretty decent. We were hoping to have window seats, but they were fully booked. We were arranged to sit next to the stairs. Although we didn't like it, we ate there anyway. Oysters were on seasonal specials and thus we were thinking to try. 1 oyster from Canada, 1 oyster from South Australia and 1 oyster from France for only
Scallops - They were almost tasteless. Neither the scallops tasted like typical frozen scallops nor fresh scallops. Even the olive oil underneath the scallops were tasteless. It was a very disappointing dish!
Caesar Salad - Nothing special about the salad, it was like regular caesar salad.
Spicy chicken pizza - The pizza was hot enough and that was what we liked about. However, it was nothing special. The pizza from Pizza Hut might taste even better.
Tiramisu - The chef put too much coffee powder as dusting and we actually got choked because of that. The chef put too much cream as well. We felt like we were having a cup of cream instead of tiramisu. However, the taste of the tiramisu was very rich and yummy!!!
In conclusion, we will not come back for real!!!
