I have been to the FINDS at LKF for drinks, but this one at ELEMENTS kind of disappointed me...(1) There was only 1 waitress serving 5 tables that night. The waitress impressed us as being very "calm", i.e. slow and reckless. She did not write down our orders... but after 10 minutes, she came back to ask what we had ordered... =_=(2) Mosquitoes!! Maybe Scandinavians do not have this problem, but in HK, a semi-outdoor restaurant should definitely do something about insects. We sat indoor, b

(2) Mosquitoes!! Maybe Scandinavians do not have this problem, but in HK, a semi-outdoor restaurant should definitely do something about insects. We sat indoor, but I had 6 bites on my legs and arms after a 45 minutes dinner, and so we were forced to finish up quickly and leave.
(3) Oysters -- fresh, but very skinny.
(4) Smoked Salmon Salad -- the salmon was OK, but the greens were not fresh, there were pieces of yellow / rotting leaves. =(
(5) Black mussels were good!! =)
(6) Swedish meatballs were good!! =)
However, it's not likely that I will go there again... maybe I will stick to the one at LKF.
