It’s set lunch menu design is quite desirable, offers variety of choices, including pasta, fish, pork and chicken breast croissant, soup, salad , tea/coffee included. I am not sure if the waiters/waitresses are summer interns and lack proper training/briefing. They have been very helpful and polite, but they have no knowledge about the menu. It’s a very ‘strange’ vegetable soup and we couldn’t tell what’re the ingredients. Anyway, it’s quite creamy, not too thick, and smooth. We could also some diced fish inside the soup. Well, it wasn’t tasted bad. For the salad - it’s a very simple green salad with several large pieces of romaine and red leaf lettuce. No surprise at all. The kitchen should have give the salad more and a better toss of the dressing. I ordered pork tenderloin served with ratatouille. Then, I found out that ratatouille was a traditional french stewed vegetable dish, including diced tomatoes, garlic, eggplants, zucchini and bell peppers etc, a very rich flavoursand tasty dish. The pork tenderloin was very tender and the texture was fine. it should have been marinaded. The tenderloin and the ratatouille are good partners. Portion of the dish is of right size too.
