tried the USDA tri tip sirloin steak with spring mix green salad and this is what we got:some piece of a poorly cooked meata bunch of veg, floating on a vinaigrette or some kind of a dressing They put the Meat's name before the greens, obviously the greens are the hero in this meal.never mind the staff who are like robots. We had lunch in Tai Koo branch before, the chicken was dry, the meat was undercooked. I didn't even want to review it coz maybe they had a bad day or service. apparently, it seems to me that this is the new "Done! Ryan's"
