I have tried many egg tarts but this is so far the best egg tart. Its kind of egg tart similar to chan chan teng but with a sophisticated taste maybe because of how they made the pastry puff. It is so flaky that melts in your mouth and it is not oily at all compared to other egg tarts. The egg filling is not too sweet and not too eggy taste but you can still taste the egg in it.
