As a lover of eggs, I had to make a make a stop at this famous American sandwich chain! The melted cheddar cheese added an extra buttery and cheesy flavour to the entire sandwich which I loved. The caramelised onions were tasty but I just wished there was more! As this would’ve given the sandwich that extra flavour boost. Had I not read the menu, I wouldn’t have known there was sriracha mayo in this 😂 maybe an extra kick would’ve been good.

— The applewood smoked bacon was perfectly cooked to give it that extra crispy edge and really allowed the smoky, savoury flavours to come through. The egg was also perfectly done, and had the creamiest-dark orange yolk ever. The acidity from the chipotle ketchup helped balance out the rich flavours well.

— Was really excited to try this out and I was expecting an intense truffle flavour, but it was a bit too mild in my opinion 😂 I could barely taste the truffle in some pieces. However, I will say that the hash browns on their own were really tasty, as they were so crispy and crunchy on the inside, whilst the potatoes were still soft.
