Lunch with gf. Ordered from a la Carte menu. We both tried the starred signatures- she had the cold angel hair with kombu and caviar and I went for the grilled threadfin with salted fish dressing. Shared the fries with truffle mayo.She liked her angel hair. I tried a bit- tasted good but didn’t like the idea of having a cold dish for lunch. Recalled having similar dish at Louise and Batard. Another friend even tried to make at home. Seemed nothing much cd go wrong with this dish. I liked my fish

I liked my fish also. Skin very crispy, meat was tender. Fish dressing felt a bit oily tho. Lucky the salted fish smell wasn’t very dominant.
Fries were good. Crispy and not soft.
Ordered lemon tart as dessert. Had a caramelized top and tasted surprisingly good. Pastry was crispy.
In summary: exceeded expectations (didn’t expect much from a “party” restaurant). Would actually return.
