Amazing restaurant that i had ever eat in my life, mind shocking taste and soul relaxing renovationg, Either if it is for someone who is used to dining out, having a great time with good food & wine,or someone who is new to the dining out scene, Gram gourmet is highly recommended. The dishes are surely prepared with love and a high skill set. Very well balanced and tasteful dishes. I’m personally very sensitive to MSG but I did not feel anything after the dinner! This pleasant LKF venue in open plan setting spans two levels with a lower and upper deck.There were two signature steak dishes available for lunch comprising ribeye and loin, served with mushroom gravy sauce mash and side salad.The main course was preceded with a choice of tomato or mushroom soup or a decorated salmon salad.The tomato soup was very rich in flavour, you can taste the freshness from the blended bits of tomato in it. The main course was preceded with a choice of tomato or mushroom soup or a decorated salmon salad.
The tomato soup was very rich in flavour, you can taste the freshness from the blended bits of tomato in it.
What would otherwise be a simple salmon salad was delicately enhanced with subtle flavour.The lush green leaves and salmon segments were lightly peppered with pomegranate for texture and layers of flavour. It is the perfect prelude to the main course.

The steaks were cooked to the right temperature as we requested, with beautiful grill mark on top. The mushroom gravy sauce enhanced the overall flavour especially with the creamy smooth mash.

Between us we had the different options and our combined opinion is that, all dishes on offer were very tasty, the service was professional and friendly.The unique atmosphere of the venue added to the enjoyment of our experience. Overall, we were very satisfied and we would return to enjoy another meal at the Gram.-

蘑菇湯雖然打得幾細滑 但係菇味唔算囉
黑椒味比較重 飲唔出佢天然嘅味道
加上cream嘅比例較多 冚過咗蘑菇味
不過暖暖的又幾順口 都可以飲晒成碗嘅

🥗Smoked Salmon Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing
沙律主要得一款kale菜 冇其他種類嘅菜配搭🥬
口感比較單一 食多兩啖就唔係太想食落去😅
Dressing沒有太特別 honey mustard味亦唔重
Smoked salmon 亦普普通通 質素唔算好
上面仲有石榴粒 啲核都唔知吐唔吐出來好😂

Main course
呢間餐廳嘅優點係嗌扒唔使加錢
所以我哋嗌咗兩塊唔同嘅扒諗住作下比較
兩塊熟度都係嗌medium🥩
上枱覺得溫度同賣相都非常唔錯☺️
但食落水準就同預期有啲出入😕
唯一可讚嘅就係薯蓉幾好食 牛油味十足🧈🥔
但個黑椒汁就似扒王之王嘅質素😓

🥩Grilled Australian Rib Eye Steak (8oz)with Mashed potato & Mushroom sauce
Ribeye 幾大塊但偏薄 可能因為咁就煎得過熟🍳
切緊嘅同事已經feel到塊牛扒硬硬地😢
切開之後只有少量粉紅色 大概係八成熟嘅感覺
食落偏硬唔軟熟 加上塊扒比較薄口感唔足夠😥
重點係鹽灑得唔係幾均勻 每一啖食落
一係鹹 一係好好好鹹 🧂🧂🧂

🐄Grilled Australian Tenderloin with Mashed potato & Mushroom sauce
Tenderloin 比較高身同厚 所以好考煎法先做到外脆內軟🧐
但係呢塊就係外面煎燶入邊偏熟😓
切到最中間先有medium嘅感覺
外面肉質非常韌而乾 同樣地都係鹽灑得唔均勻🧂
出邊好鹹 入邊就冇鹹味😅
而且個沙律同頭盤個味一樣 食咗好多菜🥬

總括嚟講食飯嘅話唔建議特登嚟呢間
不過環境都幾靚嘅 夜晚飲杯嘢嘅話應該幾適合🍷

今次係首次唔推介既餐廳,所以字都唔會寫太多。去到先知呢間係Bar and restaurant,對bar既餐廳其實野食味道都唔會太有期望。不過今次係貴得黎(2個人食左成千蚊),食物好普通,而且食唔飽(大食女友表示生氣) 。-Australian Wagyu Beef Tartare with Osietra Caviar and Quail Egg魚子醬好啖味,唔夠香,而牛肉他他蓋過左魚子醬既味道。-Kale Salad with Pomegranate, Hazelnut and Parmesan Cheese冇咩感覺-Crispy "Drunken Chicken"雞肉嫩滑 皮香脆 有香濃花雕酒味,但份量好少,有點似中菜。-Prawn Agnolotti and Shrimp Roe Butter呢個蝦意大利雲吞意大利雲吞皮包鮮蝦 面再加蝦子醬味道普通 好多餐廳都煮得好食過佢,份量都係極少。甜品有:-Yuzu Basque Cheesecake-Hazelnut Tiramisu唔講了。。。就是唔好味。

味道普通 好多餐廳都煮得好食過佢,份量都係極少。

甜品有:

-Hazelnut Tiramisu
唔講了。。。就是唔好味。

Service is fine. Food tastes average (lunch menu). Rather small portion. Seating is not comfortable. The restaurant is filled with smell which makes you feel uncomfortable throughout the meal. Doesn’t worth the money. Will not return again.

We went to this restaurant to have a lunch talk with girls. We really enjoyed having lunch there. The private and relaxed environment allowed us to speak freely and the staff and service were great. The food came out very fast and well organized, just in line with the pace of our eating. The food is delicious and eye-catching. We will definitely eat there again. Highly recommended !

Pasta - cold angel hair with Komui and caviar

Main - crispy drunken chicken
- braised short ribs in black vinegar & mashed potatoes

I’ve to say that’s the best angel hair I’ve ever had.

I think it’s quite a refreshing combination and can give it a try given that it is just an additional HK$98 as the appetizer for the lunch menu. The cuttlefish bolognese and squid ink tagliolini was good and with a generous portion. As for the ribeye steak, it’s just average. The dessert lemon tart was a complete train wreck!
