I visited the Hong Zhou restaurant in early June. Many good dishes - food balls, fishhead with fan pei, duck soup, drunken chicken, bamboo shoots, stir fry crabs with Lin gou, Pa poi fan, etc and very reasonably priced. Very fresh ingredients with little or no MSG - at least I do not feel it at all. Very highly recommended.
