Just experienced Bifteck charcoal-grill’s tasting menu and boy is worth a visit! 🇯🇵🇫🇷 We have tried their new house beef cut( USDA Prime Brandt Flap Meat and M9 Short Rib), A5 Rump Carpaccio, Scallop & Lobster Spaghetti, and wine pairing. 🥩🍷 My favorite was the Grilled Oyster and my bestie loved the Mango Sansho Sorbet which made a perfect ending of the meal. 😋
