A blue little exotic tavern in the heart of Quarry Bay. The front door is a round edge one just like typical Greek architecture which is so adorable. With the slogan in neon lights, it's definitely a great spot for taking photos for the Instagram.There is also a grab-and-go section outside for people to buy coffees, yet it's not opened until 9am on weekdays. We were seated at their furthest table which was very comfortable and isolated. The environment of the café is very cozy and I do actually like their interior design. There are a few types of tables with both fuller tables for main dishes and smaller coffee tables for only coffees and cakes.
Food wise, their dishes are super photogenic and beautifully plated. We ordered several signature dishes of theirs and they are so attractive and delicious indeed.

This is no ordinary cheesecake but one in earl grey flavor, my favorite! The texture of the cheesecake is hard on the edges and soft inside. Love how they plated it together with pineapples and peaches to add extra fruitiness to the dessert. They certainly enhanced the appearance of the dish as well.

After adding in the salted lemongrass syrup, the color of the drink changes and became a dreamy lilac color. The taste is quite flowery, very much like flower tea that are usually served at spa places. It's so refreshing on a boiling hot day!

Oasis - Avocado with croffle, Parma ham, soft boiled egg, Portobello, kombu shoyu, sesame oil and house-made salsa
We added on the croffle with the avocado, which turned out to be the best combo. Croissant and waffle are both my favorites, and combining them together is simply a dream coming true. The egg with parma ham complemented one another so well too. This is basically an upgraded version of a full English breakfast.

This is basically earl grey latte with a very pretty name. The flavor is so rich and the latte art is very sophisticated.
Kazan Seki
The scone at the back is Hojicha & Mochi flavored, a very special and different variation. The mochi matched so well with the scone and the Hojicha flavor is outstanding.
All in all, it's such an enjoyable café experience. Their dishes are special and unique with outstanding taste and appearance. Would absolutely return to try out some more of their drinks and dishes.
