I am extremely disappointed with Entourage service. Today is my 1st anniversary and I have reserved a table for 2 at Entourage at least 2 weeks prior, and emphasized it is for a special occasion. I felt a bit odd for not receiving phone call today before my visit, therefore I called them back to confirm the booking.
