Both times we were here, we noticed it's managed by local inexperienced and below standard F&B labour not able to take initiative serving guests and making sure their orders come within reasonable time. Both times we ordered the $9 oysters and they come like an hour later. Everything else is also extremely bad managed and taking ages without responses.
