Found a small Argentinian Steakhouse on app so give it a try this weekend. We have only 2 persons (gf and myself) but were served by 3 very nice and welcoming gentlemen including the boss, a chef and another gentlemen (coz we’re the only table there). I guess the shop is too new in Hk and it’s kinda late (9 sthg) so not many people on a Saturday night. Ordered a salad, a 14oz ribeye and truffle mushroom on the side only as we can’t eat that much this late.
Firstly, a basket of hot bread was served with a small plate of chimichurri sauce. The bread was crispy and the sauce stimulated our appetite, preparing us for the steak later on. The salad is fresh and tasty, and the steak was just fantastic though it’s cooked medium well rather than medium I expected. Nevertheless, It was juicy and the taste was rich, and the chimichurri sauce magically paired well with the steak. The boss said they fly the steak from Argentina directly so no need to freeze and defrost, keeping the quality of the steak.
I’ll definitely visit again!
