Fantastic address same as in Paris

I know this address from Paris, George V Avenue on the famous Golden Triangle in Paris, next to Palace Hotels. This address in Paris has been opened since years as one of "the place to be for Parisians" and opened that one recently last year. Still new, freshly opened. The view is definitely one of the best of HK, natural light, in the ICC building...what else to ask for if you need a good view ? I know this address from Paris, George V Avenue on the famous Golden Triangle in Paris, next to Palace Hotels. This address in Paris has been opened since years as one of "the place to be for Parisians" and opened that one recently last year. Still new, freshly opened. The view is definitely one of the best of HK, natural light, in the ICC building...what else to ask for if you need a good view ? Proposal with a view could be a suggestion ;) Brunch is a pure delight, fancy, refined with such a lot of flavours for each dish. The brunch menu does come with a set menu like lunch which gives you the opportunity to have like a tasting menu somehow. Very original and tasty. Service is very fabulous, Chef Nicolas has brought me this dessert as a surprise as I couldn't stop talking about it for weeks. Local staff and Frenchie Representatives are very professional. The high end Hotels and Restaurant they may have worked before i Paris, are meaningful. 
If you do like 39V in Paris, you will love it too. If you don't know it yet, discover it and you will admire it
