For this restaurant's Hana Raku Fantasy Afternoon Tea(or more popular known as Hot Air Balloon Afternoon Tea), you have to reserve it in advance. The afternoon tea set was really a stunner when served. There were so many components that it was served in 2 afternoon tea stands.
The deep fried oyster was crispy and hot. The sashimi was fresh and even the tamago was perfectly done with the right amount of savory component inside. The sashimi on the sushi was actually even larger than the rice itself so it was pretty awesome.
The wagashi was beautifully made and had the right amount of sweetness. Both the chocolate cake and cheesecake was extremely rich.
Last came the vanilla ice cream, which was a perfect end to this afternoon tea.
