Pierre, Man Wah and M Bar will be closing at the end of the month for renovation of the top floor of Mandarin Oriental Hotel and it was only recently that I have been to try out Pierre, one of the most prestigious French fine-dining restaurants in Hong Kong. The menu we tried was the Memories of Pierre tasting menu consisting of 9 courses. Overall experience was superb, a dreamy, perfect getaway on a weekday night. My personal favourites were the langoustine, the veal and the cheese course. They
