Was thinking of some pungent aroma and strong taste food. Passing by the Kennedy Town market and recalling there is a famous Satay beef noodle restaurant, I decided to drop by.Once the satay beef noodle was served, this place famous for a reason. They served satay broth, unlike the many cha chaan ting out there by adding a blob of satay sauce to the broth. Satay broth was well spiced, nutty and very flavourful. Unlike the south east asian satay or curry, it had its own unique memorable flavour.

More on spice and savoury side instead of herby and heat taste. Tasted like homemade. Impressed by cooking the noodle and vegetables with the satay broth, so that everything absorbed so well with the flavour. Slice beef were soft and lean. Cooked to perfection. None of the bite was tough. Noodle was cooked to al dante. Vegetables were fresh and juicy. Whole bowl was a goodness.
An extra uniqueness which I do recommend was just asked for whatever you wish to eat as this restaurant kept the traditional dai pai dong style that they would do food outside of their menu. They may able to offer. Staff were nice, efficient and with exquisite calculation skills, just like how dai pai dong's are.
Good job.
