I always want to go to Owl's to try their ice cream puffs, because it is recommended by Michelin in 2017, 2019 and 2020. Since I have an extremely poor sense of direction, I gave up in finding out the exact location of it after knowing it is not inside a mall. After my random visit to TST, I finally realised how close it is to a shopping mall! Owl's offer a small variety of choice, but I do think it is enough as long as they serve the ice cream puffs! Order the mega gelato choux. It is a red velvet puff stuffed with Earl Grey gelato of my own choice. The puff was super crunchy, and the gelato had a rich flavour of Earl Grey tea. Love this combination.
Will get the praline noir in the next visit!
