Bad experience with obvious false expectation. First, the place is indeed prime area, the restaurant locates at the roof top of the mall, it should have a good view (if before sunset, but it was all dark and nothing to see). Given the setting and the price tag of such posted on facebook, you would expect good dining experience. But I am telling you, it’s not. Given the setting and the price tag of such posted on facebook, you would expect good dining experience. But I am telling you, it’s not. We were charged a HKD1k per person, sitting an opening air table (yes, it is, at the roof top and windy, without any cover or any sort of wind shield). There was no one serving at reception, staffs seems the first day of working there. By we sat, we immediately felt cold, so we requested to turn up the heater placed next to us, and the staff, the heater was not supported to turn up high, as it would melt some sort...(alright, but why would you put it here for your chilly customers? If It doesn’t work).
Staffs were constantly talking noisily among themselves, seemed like we were not around them 5 fts away. Plates were serving slowly and lukewarm. My wife and I both felt being cheated by the ads what they posted on Facebook. I have to say, their marketing strategy was superb, and it will be definitely an one time thing. I would rate 3 out of 10. I didn’t write adverse comment for years, but I think it is a right thing to do. Not recommended. But if you already booked with payment made, bring your coats, it will help stay warm all meal through.
