satay sticks. tender but not enough flavor. has some spice. maybe because the first batch was prepared in advance then kept in a food steamer. corn soup with crab is excellent. clams, flavor is good but sandy. ribs dryveggie burger is okpulled pork ribs is deliciouspeking duck deliciousgrilled pork chop is ok, don't like the soy sauce gravy. mashed potatoes is smooth and creamy.whole lamb, didn't try. haagen daz ice creamvariety of cakes.scallop salad is ok.
