I arrived on the last day before my coupon expired. And because the coupon terms says they only sell 300 burgers for group buying a day, I arrived at 12:05pm (they open at 12:00pm).A watier behind the counter said all the burgers are sold out as people called days earlier to book. The watier told me to come back in 30 mins when then boss would arrive. I came back 60 mins later, only to find myself arguing with the manager trying to explain to him why I believe I have followed all the terms on
A watier behind the counter said all the burgers are sold out as people called days earlier to book. The watier told me to come back in 30 mins when then boss would arrive. I came back 60 mins later, only to find myself arguing with the manager trying to explain to him why I believe I have followed all the terms on the coupon yet still can't get my burger (manager made it sounded like it was my fault for no reasons). He wouldn't give me my money back, and he said he can give me an extention.
Then I heard a waiter behind the counter saying in a very arrogant manner to a waiter next to me on the phone with a customer: "Another customer wants to extend their coupon? Tell them to bring it down so we can stamp it, and their attitude BETTER BE GOOD!". I was thinking, is this really the customer's fault? or yours?
Advice to Absolute Burger, group buying is a promotional program that you volunteered, so why are you taking it out on your customers? You're basically giving pointless discounts to potential customers who will now never come back, regardless of how your food taste.
