Ordered the fried egg with spam and beef rice. My friend and I were both immediately inflicted with food poisoning. Unfortunately, my friend is worse for wear as she is still recovering from severe symptoms since she last ate the food, which was 6 days ago. The bacteria appears to be quite a severe one as well as it was unresponsive to antibiotics. Eat at your own risk.
