I had dinner in this restaurant with some friends few months ago because it is a famous social enterprise in Hong Kong and their ranking in openrice is also highWhen we arrived at the restaurant, it was only around 70% full. When comparing food quality, I would say the foods they delivered were just average. I would give 3 out of 5 stars. (May be, I am so picky)
The day after the dinner, I read profiles of some of staffs from http://www.gingkohouse.org/ and found none of them had good experience in kitchen -- chefs. (May be, I am wrong)
Their prices are not cheap (in Jordan). In order to maintain competition advantage, food quality must be improved.
From Gingko web site, they claim "『5星级美食．5星级服务』", I look forward to having such foods and services soon.
