first of all,say "thank you" to all the customers is the basic need for the hospitality industries.i can't think of any reason that "high class restaurant" can be excluded!secondly,if this is what the say the "rule" of there company,how come the staff in Roma Roma will say thank you to all the customers.are they all breaking the rule????or under the same company can have two system?one is for wht TB said....the "HIGH CLASS" restaurant? and the other one is for "LOW CLASS" restaurant???if then, i

if then, i think all of the customers will go to the low class restaurant.
all of us dun mind to pay more for the "SERVICE",

at last,
i think "someone" should clear understand the different between "RULE" and "RUDE"!!!!!!
