A surprise to have an enjoyable lunch at this new sushi place on Stanely Street, in the heart of Central. The decor is homey, bright typical Japanese sushi house. Service is attentive and not over. Chefs are professional. We have no complain. However, it is on 8th floor, we received a discount coupon flyer on the street, it took us a while to find this gem hiding on 8th floor of a new commercial building.
We ordered one set lunch the Chirashi bowl with sumptuous fish in there. Top=notch.
Then we ordered a la carte Sanwa, tsubugi, sashimi to test the quality and the skill of the female sushi chef that is rare in both HK and Japan. We had steam egg w uni in it, this is a delicacy just marvellous. my hubby had a small szie eel rice and I had a bowl of inaniwa udon w onsen egg. All in all both quality and service are impressive.
We will make this our regular place.
