We ordered a full course and overall the food ingredients are decent. However, in every dish the sauce has overpowered the taste of the original food especially for the beef tartare I could not taste the original freshness and sweetness of the raw beef like a normal beef tartare the sauce was too spicy for a dish with raw meat. As for the fish I could not taste anything on the meat and the texture of the fish was not soft enough. The slow cooked ginseng chicken was okay and juicy but couldn't taste any ginseng flavour. We ordered add-on for the fried chicken and the sauce was so sweet that it overpowered the chicken. Maybe I'm not familiar with fusion I could not see the special point about mixing these food and sauce together I would rather prefer to go and have traditional Korean food which I could taste the freshness of the meat without so many dressing and sauces. With the price of HK$880 for a lunch I would definitely go for something else.
