Stickhouose, the professional Italian handcrafted gelato and sorbet house, opens its first shop in Tsim Sha Tsui city'super. The ingredients are all imported directly from Italy except for the fruits because Stickhouse wishes to use the freshest fruits locally. Meanwhile, there are some limited flavours that are only available in Hong Kong such as Uji Matcha and red bean Uji Matcha. There will be more special flavours available from time to time.
The sticks were kept nicely in the fridge. We particularly liked this shop as it is located inside a shopping mall which avoid the sticks getting melted too quickly.

The Uji Matcha flavour was strong yet not overpowered the red bean flavour. The chocolate dripping made it very crispy on the outside and milky and smooth inside.
For the pineapple stick, the flavour was just like having iced pineapple and we could really taste the real fruits there. If you fancy some more sweetness, you may have it just like us, coated with white chocolate.
Up: Pistachio with half chocolate dipping and half pistachio - It was very nutty and full of fresh pistachio flavour. In Italy, pistachio flavour is a must to have in any gelato shop and it is kind of like a judging flavour to decide whether the shop is good or not.
Down: Coconut with half chocolate crosses and chocolate bits - surprisingly our favourite among all. It was extremely coconuty and creamy. It was almost like having a stick of coconut milk, covered in chocolate bits. Besides, coconut is actually very good for your health and we would highly recommend you to give it a go!
In this Hong Kong branch, takeaway is available along with ice bags and dry ice being provided for you to take some yummy sticks home to share with your friends and family!
The price of each stick is from $28 to to $36 depends on the flavour, while the dipping and decoration on drop would add another $5 each. 张贴
