Food here was excellent, the choice of food was acceptable.The best item was the crunchy pork knuckle, it has truly crunchy skin, and the pork was still tender and not dry.For the desserts, there were many items ranging from fruit to bread pudding.There was raclette cheese too!Service was excellent, they start your buffet off with a plate of fine pork knuckle cuts, sausage and sauerkraut.
