I got the beef pho with a variety of meats and she got the beef ball pho. The broth was good, very slightly sweet on some sips, and hearty. The noodles were a bit thicker than my liking, but by far the worse part was the sliced interim beef brisket; the two to three chunks of brisket slices I got were so chewy that I nearly choked. It was almost impossible to separate the brisket with my teeth so I had to stick the whole chunk, the size of half an iPhone, into my mouth. Took me more than 50 seco
The raw beef was decent and beef balls were okay. Added some sriracha for more kick.
The chicken wings were average, I personally am not a big fan of the meat taste - reminded me of thai fried chicken wings that also have a similar flavor, possibly related to the fish sauce marinade.
She didn't want the liver paste and shredded pork in the bahn mi, so we got it without those. It was still pretty good, the baguette was nice and flaky.
