fish congeefish is very thin and very fresh and no bones...have some seasame oil taste too~congee is hot and 绵, they added lots of 芫茜 and 荵 in the congee as well~~, if can add some ginger will be better!炸两the outer layer of cheung fun is very smooth! however the 油炸鬼 inside is not very cripsy but abit soft......, they add too much soya sause as well, too salty....i needa wait for 20 mins coz only one ppl pull cheung fun......
