Good food but lousy service

We were there last week for a birthday party, 8 of us sitting on a long table. Firstly the server just gave us 2 menu, while we asked for more, the response was how can they provide so many menu to all big tables. Of course we all shown unhappy and eventually we all got menu. While we were sitting right under the loudspeaker and they were keep playing rock music, we requested to turned down the volume but was ignored. We were there last week for a birthday party, 8 of us sitting on a long table. Firstly the server just gave us 2 menu, while we asked for more, the response was how can they provide so many menu to all big tables. Of course we all shown unhappy and eventually we all got menu. While we were sitting right under the loudspeaker and they were keep playing rock music, we requested to turned down the volume but was ignored. When the server came to introduce the food, we asked him to turn down the music as we can hardly listen to him, but he said he'd rather to speak up and ignored our request again. Since the music was just unacceptably loud and can't talk to each others, we tried to asked other servers and it remain unchanged. Eventually I complained to a looked like senior staff when he walked by, without saying a word, volume was turned lower in 10 seconds, but that was already our 4th requests. I must say no matter how good is the food, our mood was all wounded. Just can't imagine how this kind of serving attitude be allowed in this class of restaurant.
