Actually I have been to this place for many times ever since they were in Sun Hung Kei centre. It is ALWAYS my FIRST choice whenever I think of fine dining (but not so expensive like $1,000 per head). The reason is their quality of food can always meet my expectation.The service is attentive. I am most impressed by the environment which you can actually relax and chat with friends (though there must be some people make noise by talking aloud or chewing; but this is the not fault of the restaurant but the people who makes noise).
The only thing I can comment about it is, the charges of beverages is a little bit high.
