I was very lucky to have my cousin treating me a very nice afternoon tea at the Mandarin hotel. I have been told that the scone in this place is magnificent so I was looking forward to it. Overall I liked the food very much and the service is excellent but we were a bit unlucky that there was a very noisy family sitting next to us on that day. That kind of made our experience a bit miserable but is not so much the restaurant's fault...This is life isn't it.
