Was looking for a place for lunch after visiting the flower marker. Spotted Sizzling Steak, a HK style steakhouse which was just around the corner. Rib Eye
Guests may choose the level of doneness of the steak. Two big pieces of tenderized rib eye. Nice sear on the outside.
Steak Combo
A scrumptious platter of chicken, pork chop, beef, cervalat sausage and bacon. I especially liked the pork chop that wasn't over-tenderized and still had a firm texture and preserved the original meat flavor.
Both served with cream soup/borscht, crispy fries and veggies. The soups were served boiling hot. Guests could pick either black pepper sauce or gravy for the steak. Best thing about the sauce was that they were savory but not oily at all. Each set also came with a drink which we both picked a refreshing iced lemon tea.
